I've bought many Invicta watches for my loved ones and myself. I've been overlooked, spoken to rudely, and throughout scammed by their customer support department. The 5-year guarantee is ineffective, while you can pay for almost any and all repairs. No body may return messages or emails. Our newest rip-off - completely new view used 3-4 months, dead battery. Because of preceding rip-offs from their store, I'd a brand new one mounted locally. ($8.50 in the place of spending $28.00 plus shipping-just to obtain them to check out it.) 3 months later, a little flag that will be about the hold breaks and that I NEARLY reduce my new view. Again I got it to some licensed view restoration shop. They stated the small flag have been soldiered in plus they could not repair it. I published a $28.00 check, boxed it-up and delivered it to Invicta according to their directions. Many weeks later they email me that I want a brand new group, which costs $75.00. Accumulate the price of the brand new group plus $28.00 plus delivery costs also it arrives at significantly more than the view costs. I e-mail them-and ask why they cannot substitute a $2.00 flag, and demand to possess somebody with a few expert contact me. 14 days and 2 more emails but still no solution. At this time I-donot actually understand basically'll have it back. So what can i actually do???
