Rude and Totally uncommon

I noticed the merchandise on the site of leader imports (canary diamonds) for 187 pounds per-carat.

I called them up and that I was informed exactly the same item can be obtained about the telephone for 250 bucks per-carat.

I confirmed my dismay therefore the guy about the additional point explained nicely that's the way in which we do our company.

Really horrible with PR and communications.-If these men were on ebay they'd get zero for that communications ability.
