I ordered Stages of Beauty serum on a 30 day free trial.in 18 days they sent me more products without my permission and charged my account $69 dollars. I went to the bank and obtained their phone number as none was listed anywhere. They said to call them first before we put in a claim. I called them and was very nice hoping that would work. They were very nice, told me to send the product back and they would reimburse my money in my bank accout within 5 days. Three weeks later I called them back. They said they had not received the package but it was on its way, would process it within 72 hours. It was in my bank account the next day. Had I not called them they would have never given me my money back. Beware of these people, I came out better than a lot of other people.
