I love Laura Mercier products, and buy them because I want to feel like I am buying a little piece of luxury. As a result, I expect to be treated as if I were buying a little piece of luxury. LM offered me a birthday discount. When I tried to order, the site wouldn't take the code, saying I already used it. I hadn't. I tried calling customer service, and had to leave a message. I then emailed them. I have heard nothing by email. I received a call at my workplace from LM, and the representative told me it took 24 hours for a response because I called at 2:30, and they close at 5pm. I couldn't talk because a client came to my office, and I was told I'd get a call back. Nothing. So I feel duped and disgusted and will be looking to take my purchases elsewhere.
