I placed my order on Groupon Philliines for three bags for which my credit card was charged 300 Dollars. Its more than a month since then and I am yet to receive the bags. I have send several follow up mails the support team as well as the supplier but no results. The only mail i got was that they will look into the matter. I have tried calling the number they have stated on the website but that number is busy forever.
I would like to take legal action as this is pure cheating. Can someone advise if tehre is another way out.
