On 1/13, at 12:55 PM, I placed my online order for the Women's Success Plan. My total, paid via my debit master card was $259.99. However, when I reviewed my account, I noticed that all the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack choices I thought I had chosen (which I spend over 20 minutes making those choices), somehow was not ordered. The favorites package was ordered. At around 1:17 PM (11 minutes and 38 seconds after placing my order), I called * and spoke to Joseph, a Nutrisystem representative. I explained my situation to him, and asked if there was a way to make the changes, so that I could get the food I wanted, and what I had spent all that time online choosing.
