I put 3 purchases on September 8. When I nowadays (Nov 12) they've not appeared. I've repeatedly named the client support quantity, however just get positioned on store. I've yet to talk to a live person. I've delivered 2 emails this month without any reaction. I called the order line today... Simply to be informed "best of luck the next time you contact them" plus they hung-up on me. On Oct 24 DSN is finished from Directv therefore maybe they're losing sight of company. I've almost $2000 outofpocket with no product. I'll deliver a professional notice and certainly will contact the charge card organization to determine in regards to a return. DON'T Conduct Business with DSN! This really is robbery!
