My friend booked me a course of four sessions in a Hydro Therapy Massage Bed at Aqua Massage Centre Southampton. I had difficulty booking in my first session and had to keep calling back some lady on her mobile number as opposed to the actual centre. Eventually got through to Angela and she took my booking for 5pm on Sun 10th june. I turned up at the centre at 5pm but the lace was shut up and there was a note on the door saying aqua massage customers ring this number. I rang it and got an answering machine telling me they were sorry they could not honor my massage... As the beds had not turned up!!!??? So, they sold this service on group on - which was taken up by 291 people - when they didn't even have the equipment to actually provide the service - the actual aqua massage beds themselves!!!??? They went ahead and booked customers in for massages. They didn't even have the decency to call people to cancel their massage and just left on their ans machine that you could contact group for a refund or drop a text and angela would contact you when the beds had arrived. I think this is disgusting! They have 291 peoples money - which for all we know they were using to fund buying their beds!!! The beds haven't arrived so they cannot deliver on a service they already have the money for - I'm going to look into this as I don't even think this is legal - and if it it - IT SHOULDN'T BE!!! Very angry.
