Maria Estella owns and operates this business out of the Indoor Swapmeet on Chicago and University in Riverside, CA. Beware of her unwritten and silent rules before you have her do any work on your face. I needed my tattooed eyebrows touched up. On her first attempt, they were uneven in thickness (one thinner than the other); I gave her a second chance and because she doesn't put the ink in deep enough there are a couple of noticeable lighter spots in the eyebrows. She told me that I had to wait 10 to 12 weeks for her to redo the tattoo because of scarring or something. When I called her at 12 weeks, as she requested, she told me that I waited to long and she doesn't do touch-up work more than once. WHAT? It's her mess-up and she wants to charge me again!!! I even gave her a tip on my first visit because with the instant scabbing I thought she had done a good job. She doesn't stand behind her bad work and she will over charge you if you don't watch it!!!
