I ordered a Swimming lining this past year after thirty days with no phone from their store I visited the shop in Woodstock Ga. Where I bought it to become informed that after I ordered it the Supervisor was a fill in as the regular Supervisor was outoftown, also it was never requested. The supervisor in the shop this journey was the particular supervisor and he started using it requested. 30 days later they appear to complete the set it up has become 2 weeks $3800.00 later. Swimming lining is dripping discovered the team that had installed it'd been release and Leslies had previously needed to substitute additional ships they had mounted. They sent a specialist to color check the swimming, they sent specialists to check on pool amounts they desired to send a diver per month later-after 25 to 30 calls from me I am informed it's to cold to get a diver so that they might shut the pool and contact me within the spring. Never noticed one more thing I'd to contact them-so they sent somebody out to color check the swimming WTH. He gets below and required the address down and you know what. Once they shut the swimming they did not bother to wash the leaves out it required 3 months for that diver to exhibit up today the "Supervisor Ed" after 5 calls to him and also to the support dispatcher I obtain a return phone from him declaring he really wants to send a flow discovery organization and they could be calling me the following day 5-dayis later I obtain a phone from their store to discover they are able to"t do something until the swimming is complete and obvious it's nearly ANNUALLY and that I still haven't been able To make use of the pool. I need my swimming lining changed enough is sufficient NEVER USE THIS RIPOFF COMPNY IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO DISCARD. Never a return telephone call, after they have your money good luck with getting support. Easily do not get this issue resolved I'll be searching for others to get a feasible class action suit.
