Our 80-year old mom put an order for that Free Trial Offer of Progress Clean in August. Once the item came, she delivered it inside the the week and required that her "account" be ended. Alternatively, she was billed the entire cost of $79- and stayed billed for another 5 WEEKS! Regardless of her demand to stop, she obtained 2 more deliveries (although she was charged for 5!!!). All initiatives to return her funds have gone unheeded. She ultimately achieved somebody at their Customer Support point, and was guaranteed a complete refund. It's not materialized. Alternatively she obtained an unsigned notice from an unnamed Customer Support individual questioning her request compensation.
Embracing her charge card organization to prevent permitting these costs, has resulted in a of the charges for that remaining 8 weeks. (Her charge card organization can only just challenge costs inside a 60-day time. Our guidance would be to watch out for any organization that provides merely a 14-day trial.in my opinion the 'time' on such presents starts your day they obtain your purchase, although you might not really get the items to get a week or even more. Then it's your term against theirs whether you've complied using the Conditions and Terms of the cancellation policy.
It was a costly training - almost $500 bucks for item which was undesirable, and far which never came. Bad therapy certainly to get a lady that has never so muchas robbed on the check in her lifetime.
