Fraudulent charges

I requested a totally free test and was to pay for $3.95 for shipping/handling taken care of on my charge card. The next month I obtained another container of the merchandise plus they charged 83.95 to my card and also have been doin thus for that past many months. I've named the organization repeatedly to stop and lastly turned to rescheduling the charge card
