On Wednesday, October 21st within my lunch time I purchased a band out of this jewelry shop. I inquired when the band was hollow since it was only a little lighting and was informed it had been not useless. I had been reluctant to purchase it but required it with me anyhow. The band under consideration price $496.13. The following day when I was taking a look at the bill, I realized that it stated it had been a 14-Kt. White Gold USELESS Italian Silver band. I named the jewelry-store and informed them I'd be returning the band and was informed "not a problem". I delivered towards the jewelry-store on Friday, October 23 to come back the band. Upon returning the bracelt I had been informed there will be a 15% "restocking fee" (for a band I'd an overall total of 48 hours). I told them this was absurd. They never described the restocking charge after I was purchasing the band despite the fact that they noticed that I had been reluctant to purchase it within the first place. The child behind the table described they have to protect their charge for swiping my charge card (a charge incidentally of only 3%). Today, I will definitely observe them moving on that cost in my experience for that 3% they'll shed due to their deal utilization. I believe that's reasonable but where's another 12% heading? Getting a person 12% to have a 1-ounce band and place it back to the show situation appears significantly more than absurd in my experience. It is theft. They basically are getting me $66 for having obtained the band house with me to get a 48-hour interval (the band incidentally was approved in completely fresh as initially purchased problem). Is there any means I will combat to obtain back all-but the 3PERCENT "credit swipe" charge?
