Canceled but they are still charging my account

I requested a totally free path of acaiberry detox and that I terminated my account, i didnt get a container the following month, but all-out of the orange the month next i get a container plus they charged my account. I attempt calling them-but they never allow u speak with anybody. I'd to take the talk point to stop again.
