No weight loss at all, cannot get a refund

The merchandise and "Doctor Simonetti" assured weight reduction or your cash returned. Used to do not drop something and am looking to get my money returned, but there's no telephone number within their ad and "Google" can't find the organization.

Are you able to help me? Atleast post my criticism so others do not lose money.
