Product not received but charged

I requested a totally free test of the item in july 09 I had been requested topay a delivery charge that we did I acquired notice that myorder was delivered. I have now been waiting for solution but haven't gotten i looked over my bank statement and discovered i've been charged for this it's come to my attention that my facts havebeen used once more withoutmy understanding iwould like thisto be fixed asap thanks
