I sent a complaint to you on June 5th I was told I would hear from you within 24 hours. I understand there was a weekend; however, it's Tuesday now and I have not heard from you. I have called daily and what I have been told is to email you again.
The situation is that I did not receive your product until June 1 and returned it to you via UPS on June 2nd. Your company did not give me the 14 day trial that you promised. I placed the order on 5/21/09 and it took 11 days for you to get it to me. How am I responsible for the US mail?
I would like a full refund of $88.00 transferred back into my account.
Please respond to my letter. Ignoring me is rude and not this situation.
