I ordered this product in May. I thought because Rachael Ray lent her name to the product, she thought it was a great product. I did do a little research, there were no side effects and it was to help lose belly fat, just what I needed. Well there was not side effects, that part was true, INCLUDING LOSING WEIGHT! I gained 2 pounds, I still have the bellyfat.
I went to use the debit card today, (We have it only for emergencies, and keep very little cash it in, in case our cards are stolen) and this afternoon we have a negative balance. The bank informed us who it was, I called to cancel my order and I was informed by the customer service rep, (she did not speak english very well at all and was VERY hard to understand) that the small bottle that I had recv'd 4 weeks ago with 60 pills inside, (take 2 daily) was the charge for $81.00 was the three months supply that was sent. How can this bottle be a 3 months supply if the bottle has only 60 pills and you have to take 2 daily? She just kept repeating the $81.00 charge was for the "Free Trial" bottle that was sent in May.
I have cancelled my account with them, and I got a cancellation #, but who knows how good this is. We are cancelling our bank cards, (this is the banks recommendation) and I will not be so gullable next time.
I could not get my money back, and now I have bank charges for the negative amount in my account.
PLEASE no not believe this product, the only correct statement they have is "no side effects".
