I ordered the free Nutra Lane sample and was told that it only cost $3.95. I received the sample and did not understand that there will be other charges to my account. Please cancel whatever charges are being made on my account and contact me at 301-699-8087 for further explanation. $79.90 was charged to my account on June 23, I dids not authorize this payment. Please credit the amount back to my account. Thanks. Further more the product does not work, I am totally disatisfied with the results.
