Was charged, but did not purchase

I had been charged for the product that we never bought. It had been charged to my bank mastercard/bank card. After over per week's period, they did however refund the entire quantity, but in the time it'd made me overdrawn. The financial institution charged me two costs. They're working on getting them corrected, nevertheless. The problem was resolved, but i'd like individuals to know about this.
