Company continued to send product past 2 week cancellation by consumer. When refund was sought consumer was given run around and at end only partial lrefund was issued. Seven months of chrges on credit card, only one month refunded. Representatives all have different stories about the product policy and refuse to issue due refunds. After calling several times the representatives put you on hold unitl you either get tired or they decide to disconnect you when they realize you won't hang up. REPORTED THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Oh! They also refer you and your credit card number to other companies like Living Lean without you authorization. Living Lean also deducts a monthly fee ($19.95) which is also impossible to get refunded.
