Can't get through with phone call to company. Want to cancel and not be charged

I obtained an effort item and also have attempted numerous occasions to contact and stop further deliveries. All I've had the opportunity to obtain was a phone-line. I don't need anymore of the item, nor want to buy to look on my cost bill. Our order # was 844982.
