Broken Product, Bad Customer Service

At the beginning of December I ordered some products, specifically a Vitamin C Skin Care System including the following (a Cleanser, a Toner Mist, a Moisturizer, a Mask and Eyes Serum). I was supposed to get the products between 5 to 7 business days, but that never happened so I sent an email to their "Customer Service Department" and I was told that they didn't have the products and they were waiting for the manufacturer to send them. Finally, I got the products on December 24, after noon. When I opened the box I checked every single product and I notice that one of the boxes containing 1 specific product (the Vitamin C Mist) was wet. When I opened it, is when I found out that this products came in glass bottles and one bottle was broken (the Mist).inmediatly I sent an email to the "customer service dept." to notify them. I never got a response. I waited December 26, December 29, December 30, December 31, and no response by email. (after sending 4 to five emails). I have copy of the emails if you need me to provide any proof. Today, December 31 I called the Customer service Number: 310-3233738. A man answered and he asked me the reason of my call. When I mentioned the words "broken bottle" he started yelling at me, stating that I called before and he already spoke to me about it (which is not true because I never called before). He didn't stopped yelling at me. He said that he doesn't know how the bottle came broken if it had 2 boxes. I asked him to calm down and listen to me, but he was just out of control. Since the first moment I called, he never ask me for my name or order number, he was just very rude. I want that bottle to be replaced because Is not my fault if it came broken. I really think that they offer a "BAD" Customer service and something should be done in reference to this matter. The first email I sent to him, states the product that came broken and my order number (I have a copy of that email). He said that in my email I'm not saying which product came broken.

Also, when I got the products, I never got inside a receipt or an order details, or how much I paid in Total... Nothing. He is very unprofessional and he shouldn't be working taking advantage of people. That was my first time buying something from him and you can be 100% sure that this is the LAST time. I hope other customers can read this and be aware of the type of service this guy offers.

That company should be "Out of the Business", and that guy should learn how not to be so rude if he wants to work in the Customer Service Area.
