Unauthorized use of credit card

I requested a promotional diet item for $3.95 that was to protect just the delivery. When I bought the merchandise and was shutting the visitor, i experienced a realtor who started creating a message for that Tea. I declined it and requested that no additional costs be put into m consideration. She was really prolonged and insisted that i check it out. I finished the discussion without permitting any extra costs to my acccount. After recieving the merchandise, i examined my account and unearthed that they'd certainly billed my bill. I'd like the costs corrected with no additional costs put into my bill.
