I ordered the free trial of the acai berry and total cleanse because I heard it was a very effective way of losing weight. I did all this research on the sideaffects of the medication but never tried to research the possibility of scam... Stupid, stupid me. After I placed the order I was told my free trial wasn"t so free. I'd be charged $81 15 days after ordering the product so I imediatly called to cancel my order and they told me the acai berry would b canceled but there were no records of my order of total cleanse so I insited they were lying and she said she wasn't so I told her as polite as I could, "If I get charged for the total cleanse we're having problems." She assured I would not recieve the pills and I would not get charged... 2 weeks later I get the pill. So now I'm furious and I'm trying to get a refund. I attempt to call the refund number that came with the package several times (about 8 times to b exact) and the it just rings and no one answers. The last time I called a recording said that they are out of the country and cannot answer calls. Thank god I called the bank and they said they will get me my money back by filing a dispute and then they would change my account number to assure that those people never get another dime from me. People please research every thing you buy online for scam don't make the same mistake the rest of us have made... If you happen to have made it already and do not know how to fix it, contact your bank and ask to file a dispute.
