Merchandise not received, unauthorized charges on my credit card totaling $123.25

I requested an example of Acai Berries diet item and was to pay for delivery only ($3.99), fourteen days later a cost of $29.95 seemed on my charge card to get a "preservation" plan. I terminated and was handed a termination quantity of $74K11G. On November 17 a cost of $89.31 seemed on my card and that I haven't had the opportunity to obtain to customer support.
