Charged without authorizing/never recieved second product that I was charged fo

I delivered for a totally free test for $4.95 delivery only... I had been subsequently billed $39.95 (unauthorized) on my consideration and not received the things they charged me for! Our lender may now be informed this is just a scam and never to approve every other costs!
