I've been a original customer of the salon and also have a normal stylist. Nevertheless on 8-30-08 she was on maternity leave and that I had another stylist who ended up to become"the manager". I'd my typical touchup and cut, I've smaller hair than many males and also have a touchup and trim every 3 months to maintain it brief. I've been spending exactly the same price since I have began having my hair touched-up as of this salon but this time around I had been billed a higher cost. After I asked this the"manager" turned out building me feel really, very unpleasant before another clients and designers! She actually went as far as to take out a cost listing and group products and shoveit in my own path informing me that after my stylist returns from leave she'll possess a talk to her about costs, etc. I was completely humiliated!!! I still can't think how she served. I will often have my partners hair-cut there aswell but I reduce his hair myself and so I did not need to return.
