I signed up for a "free" trial of their diet product, phenterthin. I knew there would be a charge if not cancelled. I attempted to cancel, on time, it was nearly impossible to wade through the website and get something accomplished. I thought I had cancelled and that was that. Lo and behold, they took $150.00 out of my account without my permission.
After several attempts to contact and speak with a human being, I was again sent to the website, where I jumped through hoops to get a complaint registered. I have yet to hear from anyone and I am out $150. Oo.
Apparently the "free" sample becomes a $55. Oo bottle if you decide to cancel! What a bunch of horse hockey!
