Another weeks goes by and Trilogy Pools has not returned my phone calls or my e-mail. All I wanted to information on the proper way to winterize a Trilogy Pool. I'm asking them because Castaway Pools and spas is practically out of business and have not even finished my job and won't return my calls. I guess these two companies are two peas in a pod!
