Dr Richard A. Burgett, MD Did my cosmetic surgery on my lower covers nearly 12 months before today. He explained the bags could be eliminated and that I might appear so rejuvenated. I seem worse than I did so prior to the surgery. I will still see where he cut and also the bags continue to be there just worse! I had been surprised in the benefits.
