I bought a on 08/29 and was informed in Oct. It had been on back-order, subsequently in Nov. I had been informed they might no further obtain the band and that I request a return. I've been e mailing and calling customer support for weeks and was informed each time that I'd be receiving my reimbursement quickly without any avail. I will no further achieve the organization by telephone or mail. I still don't have my cash back.
