I had been a large supporter of g-shock their products for many years and all.
A couple of years before I purchased a Mudman "Gaussman AW-570" Analog using the Titanium backplate. I purchased the view at "The G-Shock Shop" in Ny, Ny.

Lately, I named their Dover, Nj area 6/28/06 to truly have the battery substitute within the Gaussman, I questioned when the characters about the situation might be brightened and perhaps the group changed. The view just had hardly any shallow ware, and so I needed it to become ideal but I liked it. That view had not been 100% false
The owner said sure deliver 37.00 bucks, great cost sensible, not a problem.
A couple weeks later "Dover Casio" delivered me a brand new view also it wasn't a "Mudman Guassman" or was it Analog. A 350.00 buck view was delivered by me and was delivered a 50.00 money view I can not use
I called and reported and was informed "to poor, your view is finished", I named two, three more occasions every time the owner did not understand what I had been referring to! Lastly a explained the "administration" had determined I really could choose out a fresh watch, I really could just invested as much as 225.00 bucks on the fresh view. I stated my view was 350.00! Casio Nj stated abandon it or consider it. Their were no Mudman available in the USA anymore, and also the anti-magnetic watches that are just were bad and under 80.00 bucks.
I called again two, three more occasions every time the owner new nothing, I offered them the job quantity they'd about the bill Lastly an owner stated we discovered your view simply send us the view we delivered you and we shall substitute the battery and group inside your Guassman, I had been greatly relieved. 30 days I delivered another view back and waited 2 weeks lastly 9/18/07 I named to protest, that which took such a long time.
I had been handled extremely rudely with a "Chuck" I told him a few months was long enough and that I was only a little up-set he just got ruder and higher. He was told by me that which was the issue, and I believed he was really inexperienced. He explained my view was lost and that I must contact again.
I called 24 hours later, by-chance "Chuck" responded again and screamed at me, " you simply named recently what would you anticipate!" " Proficiency I announced!"
Throw among the providers truly got angry shouting etc, then I obtained my "Guassman" g-shock back 9/23/07.
Well guy it had been ruined the group slice the situation appears like it's been put a mill and nothing was done, or was my money returned the 37.00 bucks for repairs which were never done. Keep in touch with Supervisors the leader in Nj area and I've attempted to contact. No body has delivered my calls and that I have now been handled like my home ruined by Casio's Nj inexperienced unprofessional workers and shit.
I donot think I am being uncommon, what do you consider?
Today i discover that their is just a membership for "Mudman Guassman" watches people all around the globe, which my 350.00 buck view is just a collectors product worth perhaps 500.00 buck if it were in (good shape)!
I donot believe I am being uncommon, I've been handled terribly.
