I bought this mascara before and liked it, that is why I was happy to buy it again. It's not cheap, so I consider it an investment. However, after two weeks the protection cap on the white side of the mascara came off, which meant I can no longer use it. I tried getting a new one at Boots, where I purchased it, but as I no longer have a receipt they refused to replace the product. Very disappointed.
