I had an emergency with my dog on Jan 1st. I had to put him down. The only place open was the emergency clinic. They wanted $300 for putting him down and cremation. I have used Kryder Vet and Kritter Hotel for the last 20 years. I opted to have the emergency clinic put him down for $150 and called Kryder on Jan 2nd to explain the situation. They made me feel that it would be less. Long story short, it cost over $400 after being quoted a lower price! Spoke with the owner on Jan 5th and he said sorry but nothing he could do. He did NOT take responsibility for his employees actions. All he could say is why didn't you have the other take care of it! I explained that i'm on a limited income and did not have that kind of money. I will NOT nor should anyone else use their services! They take advantage of people.
