I placed my order for filing refills at the 800 # and did not have the opportunity to cancel a product on my order or even know what my total amount came to. This is very unprofessional because every mail order I have done gives you a confirmation number and your total amount of your purchases. Please do justice to us consumers and implement these procedures. Thank you.
