Petco statements that after signed up for their P.A.L.S. Plan, should you buy 10 bags of dog-food, they'll deliver a discount to get a free carrier. After buying 10 bags of dog-food, sticking with exactly the same dimension and manufacturer I received nothing. After I approached their customer support division, the guy was excellent and explained he might have another discount delivered.in those days he explained that there is another discount that I had been entitled to which he'd deliver that likewise. I obtained the reduced worth discount although not the discount to get a free carrier of pet food. A worrying communication delivered to the P.A.L.S. Plan wasn't solved whatsoever.
