Persian and Hymalayans
Breeder selling sick kittens

I bought a subsequently 5-month old cat out of this breeder on October 1. Whenever we bought her she was mentioned to possess excessively big eyes (which have been considered okay with a verterinarian just before my purchase of her), was really small and incredibly tired, not performing just like a regular, fun cat when she was brought home. After getting her to some verterinarian of my option, and being known an ophthamologist, she was mentioned to possess severely inflammed eyes, a sizable ulcer about the top 50% of her remaining eye, and glaucoma. Due to many of these issues she turned impaired. Following a very costly treatment, and her eyes improving, some laboratory work with the cat returned dubious for FIP. We were informed to maintain a detailed attention on her behalf to determine if any signs develop. A couple weeks later we introduced her towards the vet to get a wellness check since she was behaving odd. She was mentioned to become seriously underweight, evaluating just 1lb 14 oz, at nearly six months old, and even though that she appeared to be quite a great eater and enthusiast. She was placed on a training course of large calories food and serum and despite consuming that to get a week, she dropped another oz, heading down to 1 lb. 13 oz earlier this Friday, November 16. She was also just starting to have toilet incidents in your home the weekend before and whe in the vet was mentioned to possess increased kidneys and signs or symptoms of FIP. We believed it best, as was suggested from the vet to place her to rest, and an autopsy established FIP disease was the reason for her death. If we'd not set her to rest subsequently, she'd have just lated several more times, getting worse and worse with each passing time.

I simply wish and hope that no body else buys a cat out of this breeder. Before her death the breeder was prepared to consider the cat back and substitute her with a different one, but why might I do want to have another cat in my own house with possibly exactly the same issues? She was reluctant to return the price of the cat, despite all her recorded severe health issues. I simply don't need another household, who's accepting that they're purchasing a balanced cat, togo through this psychological headache that my family and that I simply did.
