I've been speaking with this woman Donna Varner from Claysville Pennsylvania, that will be allegedly A - 25 year interest breeder that breeds 'Micro'/'teacup' chihuahuas. She costs $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 for that puppies. I entered in to a cope with her that she'd promote me a 'MICRO' chihuahua, 2.0lbs-2.5lbs as adult person fat, it'dnot develop significantly more than that.initially he was 5ounces, then 8.4ounces after I offered the deposit at about 5 months. The moment I offered the deposit she ceased informing me just how much the dog considered, reasons like she didnot possess a electronic size, needed to visit the post office, didnot wish to consider the dog out, etc. Obviously prior to the next deposit was due, she stated she set him on the food scale athome that was between 9-11ounces. Your day of last deposit I requested for more images and precise electronic fat from vet, which she guaranteed, her solution was she wasn't likely to do this of course if used to donot place the remainder of the cash I'd shed the deposit and he or she might market the dog to another person. Obviously I settled did not wish to shed the dog and offered her the advantage of the question. Evening of delivery within the cage was suppose to become 1) AKC documents, 2) Health Promise; and 3) Created Dimension Promise. She emails after dog is fallen down at airport that d/factor was incorporated w/d she went out-of printer paper. I get dog at airport and also the puppy is large at 2 months currently weighs 2.03lbs. I sent her showing her she cheated me and ripped me down, she totally refused the event and stated I acquired what I taken care of which she didnot permit any results or reimbursement as previously mentioned on her site (even when I didnot get what she assured). Obviously I've been speaking with her since April through a lot of emails and recommended her that I had been previously scammed by another breeder, etc., she usually stated do not fear I just reproduce little puppies not the 'runt of the kitten'. She viciously lied, cheated and got my $2,000.00 and offered me what'll possibly be considered a 5.0-6.0lbs puppy that we might have gotten for $350.00 not $2,000.00. I informed her to please both return my cash or deliver me a genuine 'Micro' which I'd deliver her the dog back, and he or she stated that she'd not choose it-up in the airport which the they'd fundamentally deliver it back in my experience. I've approached PayPal and American Express and certainly will contact the Division of Farming and also the Company Institution so she doesn't tear other people down. She was an authentic LIAR, and that I have more than 80 emails to show it. Please don't purchase out of this woman - DONNA VARNER FROM CALIFORNIA. She's a ripoff artist and bad also as she did not actually feel bad after which totally lied after she delivered the puppy and that i obtained no paperwork possibly.
