We bought 2 chickens, a Baraband along with a Jenday Conure from Jonathan Pitsenbarger and Jen Klosowski AKA The Special Bird/Jbirds Aviar. We were never provided with any type of paperwork on these chickens actually. No health cert, delivery documents, guarantee, NOTHING. The Jenday died within 20 times. We were guaranteed this chicken could be changed under warranty. It never occurred. The chicken was never changed, and we never obtained a return both.
