When a customer says they do not want a service and then are told it can not be cancelled because the season started. That is wrong. I did not ask for the service and did not want the service (NFL package). That is initially why you lost me as a customer. Then to pull funds out of my account after I specifically told you that I did not use that account any longer and to send me the bill. You pulled funds and put my account into the negative after I had already told you not to pull the funds. This is bad service if I ever did. I will NEVER refer anyone to you. I will do the oposite and tell everyone that they will be sorry if they go to Directv. I am not the only one to have many issues with your company.
