My kids made me want to choose the janitorial industry over being a scout or a coach because I wanted to be in touch with my family. It was a no brainer for me. Being a scout or a coach means always travelling. I did enough of that when I was playing. I wanted to do something local. The Janitorial Agency made that happen.
