Everytime I make an appt, it is never right. The receptionist said, "maybe the computer doesn't like you". I work hard for my money. I tip fairly and I am loyal, but I'm fed up. My hair appointments have been messed up about three times. Its never anyone fault. Its like I'm getting blamed. Not cool.
