Where is my product - SideSleeper Pro Pillow

I ordered your product May 4th, my credit card was charged May 10th. I am still waiting for my pillows. Every time I go on line to check the status it tells me there is no status available. I will have to wait or check another time. It has been over a month. This is very poor customer service. Belinda B-McKinnon Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
