I had been originally solicited by phone-in early 2007 to market on the placemat being designed for an area cafe. I originally decided to get it done and offered them my charge card #. I then called the organization, who had been at that time calling themselves Coasttocoast Marketing, and informed them of my discussion using the cafe and informed them I desired to stop my ad together. They released a short-term credit on Jan 8 then NWA rebilled my acct on February 4 for $169.90 and rebutted the challenge with falsified and phony files. Our charge card business corrected the credit they released me centered on these falsified documents as evidence, although my trademark doesn't seem everywhere on these files. I'm currently arguing their rebuttal, in addition to the extra cost for $169.90, in addition to delivering grievances towards the BBB and Attorneygeneral.
Paul Weylan is probably tearing off a large number of business people nationwide with this specific place-mat fraud of his & most individuals probably do not actually recognize their charge card has been energized every year.
And incidentally, the ad-copy they state the published about the placemat for my enterprise, and delivered a duplicate of to my charge card organization, was totally produced, with numerous misspelled words. Grooming was spelled Groming (not only once, but twice). Leicester (my road brand) was spelled Leischeister. I clearly NEVER authorized that ad-copy. This can be a complete fraud.
