I never ordered this, but it now appears on my checking account. I've contacted the bank but never authorized this. I've been unable to get this cleared up and want nothing regarding Horizon Direct. I believe it's a scam, but I still receive notices and am concerned as it shows on my bank's web page. Please help. I don't want any charges posted anywhere, and some of the info they ask for I refuse to send to them. What recourse do I have?
