Order Took Three Weeks to Arrive and Walmart Refused Return

I bought from Walmart and after waiting 3 weeks to receive it, I am still not biking. I wish I had read the reviews of Bikewagon.com because no one is happy. I wish Walmart would drop this company and never order from them again. I trusted Walmart to back up the product, but once received I was told I could not return it to Walmart, only to Bikewagon, 680 W. 200 North Salt Lake City, 1.877.245.3007. I want to ride now.
