We purchased a Samsung washer from Lowes. The same part has broken 3 times and flooded our upstairs floor/carpet and the ceiling of our main floor. We have taken multiple hours of time off of work for various repair people. The latest is today. The washer was supposedly repaired today for the latest time and it is leaking less than 6 hours later. Having spent over an hour on the phone with Lowes customer care tonight, we have to go through another repair time in order to prove that this machine is a lemon. The cost of repairing the flooding water damage and time off of work for a washer that was purchased October is totally unacceptable. We have received no compassion from the customer care area about this situation nor have received any acceptable resolution. There is no sense of urgency, or understanding of the damage we have experienced, or appreciation or recognition of the amount of inconvenience and cost that we have experienced for a washer that is under a year old. Help and resolution versus passing the buck is needed.
