Auto policy cancelled unnoticed, $375 reinstatement fee demanded

We were waiting for our auto insurance to come in the mail, and it did not come. We figured that this was the month they got skipped. About another month later it was still not here, so we called the company.

The company told us that our insurance had been cancelled for 3 months and that we also needed to pay a reinstatement fee of $375! We never got the bill in the mail! Rip off!
