Car total loss still unpaid two months after accident

I was involved in a automobile accident with a liberty mutual insured and my car was a total loss. Liberty mutual insurance called me and said because I did not avoid the accident i am 10% at fault for the collision.

The accident happened in august and here it is october and my car still has not been paid off.
